After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:

The estimated delivery time does not include the order processing time.

From time to time, VivaaBoutique may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders above a specified amount.

If an order is returned to us because of repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs or videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
